Silverado Contractors was contracted to perform asbestos abatement and complete the demolition of a 105,000-square-foot tilt-up warehouse building in South San Francisco.

In addition to structural demolition, the scope included site demolition, tree removal, utility disconnection and removal, and erosion control measures. Silverado’s work helped prepare the site for future development while ensuring environmental compliance and site safety.
