Silverado Contractors was contracted to perform the full demolition of the Terminal 4 wharf, warehouses, and pilings located in Richmond. The project involved removing all above- and below-water structures to prepare the area for future improvements.

The scope also included targeted landside excavation and demolition to remove existing utilities and storage tanks, enabling the installation of enhanced rock slope protection along the shoreline. This work required careful coordination between marine and land-based operations to safely and efficiently prepare the site for redevelopment.
