The Government HOPE Project is an initiative aimed at addressing the growing need for affordable housing. By demolishing existing structures, the project makes way for modern apartment complexes that will provide much-needed housing for low- and moderate-income families.

Silverado Contractors was contracted for phases 1B, 1C, and 3C, which involved the demolition and site clearing of seven locations, encompassing a total of 15 multi-unit apartment buildings. The work played a key role in preparing these sites for redevelopment and supporting the community’s long-term housing goals.
