Silverado Contractors was contracted to perform hazardous material abatement and demolition of a diverse group of structures, including seven single-story buildings, one four-story building, and one two-story building. The buildings ranged in size from 225 to 88,000 square feet and served various industrial and commercial functions.

The scope included the removal of a former sewage pump station, convenience store, oil and paint warehouse, multiple electrical substations, and a boiler room. Each structure required tailored abatement and demolition methods to ensure safe removal of hazardous materials and compliance with environmental regulations. Silverado’s team executed the project efficiently while navigating the complexities of varied building types and site conditions.
