Silverado Contractors was contracted to complete the removal of approximately 75,000 square feet of site asphalt, concrete, and utilities, along with the excavation of three existing basements including the full removal of associated walls, slabs, and footings. The work was part of a site preparation effort for future development.

During excavation, Silverado uncovered numerous buried historical building foundations and walls that had been left in place and covered over, creating a field of undocumented and unusable soil. These unforeseen conditions were navigated efficiently, with Silverado adapting excavation methods to safely remove the abandoned structures and deliver a clean, build-ready site.
