Silverado Contractors was contracted to perform asbestos abatement and demolition of a 265,000-square-foot, 8-story hospital tower in San Pablo, along with several surrounding medical facilities. Additional structures included the Cancer Center, Boiler Room, Emergency Room, and Intensive Care Unit, all of which were safely abated and demolished as part of the project scope.

Given the site’s close proximity to a residential neighborhood, Silverado implemented strict dust control measures to prevent airborne particles and ensure community safety. The project required careful coordination, environmental compliance, and a focus on minimizing disruption to the surrounding area.
