Silverado Contractors was contracted to remove 1,500 lineal feet of concrete crane rail along the face of the Berth 32/33 wharf. This work required precise coordination and execution along the active waterfront to support future crane upgrades and port operations.
In addition to the wharf work, Silverado demolished the former Longshoremen’s building and performed extensive landside demolition to facilitate the installation of a new rear crane rail. In total, over 1,000 feet of legacy crane rail systems were removed, making way for modernized infrastructure at this critical port facility.
