Silverado Contractors was contracted to demolish a 157,330-square-foot, 7-story one-way post-tensioned concrete parking structure with one partially below-grade level. Originally constructed in 1976, the structure was located at the highly trafficked southwest corner of Stuart and Howard Streets in San Francisco’s busy downtown corridor.

The project required extensive planning and coordination due to its location in one of the city’s most congested pedestrian and vehicular areas.
