Silverado Contractors was contracted to remove the precast concrete panel skin and glazing system from a 17-story laboratory building located in South San Francisco.

The project scope also included full MEP and soft demolition of the 17th-floor mechanical penthouse, along with selective structural demolition to create new vertical mechanical shafts running the full height of the building. All debris was removed using rigged debris bins operated by the tower crane, ensuring safe and efficient material handling while minimizing disruption to adjacent operations.
