Silverado was contracted to demolish the 100,000 SF, 8‐story structural framed post-tension concrete medical office building with one partially below ground level located in the Anza Vista neighborhood of San Francisco. The medical office building was built in 1962 and took up a significant portion of the block and along Geary Boulevard. It was located on one of the most traveled and heavily congested pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas. The adjacent facility (350 St. Josephs) to the Northwest was still a functioning Kaiser site with staff and patients present on a daily basis.
