Silverado Contractors was contracted to perform selective hard and soft demolition in the heart of congested downtown San Francisco. The scope included the removal of 10,000 square feet of interior stone flooring throughout the lobby and plaza areas, as well as the complete interior demolition of approximately 5,000 square feet of tenant space down to shell condition. Selective structural demolition was also performed to create new floor openings for future upgrades.

Exterior demolition on the plaza level included the removal of 25,000 square feet of stone pavers, raised concrete planter structures, the topping slab, and existing waterproofing systems. Working in one of the busiest parts of the city, Silverado carefully coordinated access, hauling, and safety measures to minimize disruption while maintaining efficiency. The project required detailed planning, clear communication, and a skilled team to successfully execute demolition in a highly trafficked urban environment.
